Our technician, Rashad, has been to my home multiple times and has always been prompt, professional and hard working. Carpets always feel clean and fresh, without becoming too wet/soggy and without leaving the damp cleaning solution smell, that seems to last for days, that some other carpet cleaning companies do.
Friendly technician and good service
I sent an email yesterday after the technician left my house, having clean my stone in my kitchen and dining room. White powdery residue is all over my floor, it wasn't rinse properly, and there remains grout lines that haven't been clean. I have been using Zerorez for years this is the first experience I've had that's been negative. I was told by a representative through the email that maybe my floor was still wet LOL as though I couldn't tell the difference between a wet floor and one, left over from the cleaning solution that the technician use while here. I have since called again today and left a voicemail to find out exactly. If I don't hear from the end of day today I will cancel my check

The technician that came to our office on Friday, 9/7/2018, @ 1:45pm (he was within window time of arrival 12:00-2:00) did a great job cleaning the office carpet. I just wished he came on time, but considering he did a great job at our office, I see why he may have been late, as he probably did an equally great job at his early morning appointment.
I like that it’s a “green” approach to carpet cleaning. Great service, friendly team, nice results!

Brian called 20 minutes before arriving, he was prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. We have a large house and he took his time to make sure everything was done properly. It was refreshing to have someone with a terrific work ethic.

Jorgé Martinez came to my house and worked wonders to my house with extremely old Berber carpets. They were so dirty I didn't think they could be saved. With each pass of the zerores wand Jorgé took my carpet from dark grey to cream again. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends. Clean with no soapy smell a bonus because I'm sensitive to harsh chemicals.
I love the concept that Zerorez doesn't use soapy products, but seems to lift stains out from the carpet. We have a nice man, Daniel, who has done our carpets for two years, and the stains seem to go away.

Jorge Martinez was professional, respectful, clean and on time. I was thinking about replacing some of my carpets but, after they were cleaned they looked like new. My appointment was for Sept 4th but, Zerorez was unable to make it. They called to reschedule for the 5th and gave me a 30 dollar credit. I have used Zerorez twice in San Diego and have always been more than satisfied.
Great at getting out those tough stain, Robert was very professional and was able to answer all questions. He did an amazing job, will defienitly continue to use you for our floor cleaning needs.
