Your technician was on time, very professional and friendly.
The service was great. The carpet looks great and feels good under my bare feet.
I had my sofa cleaned.....It was very easy to make the appt, fair priced and the guy who did the work called to confirm my appt 30 mins before arriving. He was on time, very pleasant and did a great job!
Mostly there was a rush and a lack of attention to details. The service provider did not move furniture to get underneath and left marks of solution that had to scrubbed off by hand on my tile. He also left a film at the base of my new kitchen cabinets. The carpet was soaking wet to the point it was lifting and rolling, and again no effort was made to get in the corners or under the sofas. Lastly, the grout wasn't cleaned at all. In fact it looked darker after the service in some areas.
If you wanted to make it right, you would redo the service with a different technician. The first time I used your company I was very satisfied. Obviously, this time, not.
Charged more than I wanted to pay, but I knew that when I received the quote over the phone. Service was excellent.

I love that Zerorez doesn't use any harsh chemicals to clean my carpets. Without the residue, my carpets stay cleaner longer. The technicians have always been very professional and they do a great job.
No soap residue left in the carpet to collect dirt. Was very happy that I could schedule an appt 2 days after my call and the serviceman was prompt...after calling ahead to let us know when he would arrive.
