People who come to home are very professional and friendly. They seem to want to do a good job. I always think the price is higher than it should be - but that is my only concern.
My carpet feel soft and not crispy
Great service! Matt arrived timely and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He provided suggestions for dealing with pet stains and other problem areas. He also took tine to share information on other devices offered by Zerorez.

I am a very satisfied Zerorez Los Angeles customer. This company has cleaned my carpets at least four times now and always does a great job. The worker shows up on time and gets the job done within the allotted time. The solution they use gets the dirt out and then they apply a protectant to maintain the result. The price for four rooms was $318 but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using Zerorez for over 15 years. The process works. Detergent attracts dirt. Zerorez’s water doesn’t. This time around we needed pet odor treatment because the only flaw with our street-rescued pup won’t quit marking. The results were amazing. Also, Brett, your technician, was amazing! Personable and professional. I’m requesting him from now on.
