This is about the tenth time I've used Zerorez. I'm very pleased with the work they do and the appearance of my carpet when the job is done. You can tell the technicians have been properly trained to do a thorough and great job.

I always have to have them come back out. Streaks where they start and stop a section. Don’t like the ADD ON of water charge at the end

Your technician was excellent. He was professional and did a good job. Plus he was a nice guy. I also like that he didn't try to upsell which is common with carpet cleaning companies. That is what keeps me loyal to a company. Just be honest and I will keep using your company.

After it was done picked random areas to clean my self on hands and knees with white towel testing each area with new part of towel using windex sprayed on travertine towel was still coming up grey with left over dirt if u want to call it that some areas towel would be still white and some areas would leave towel grey like brush or water needed to be cleaned again. Guy was very nice . Maybe floors were xtra dirty. Maybe a second going over was needed.maybe clean first then use machine for deep clean don’t know but that’s what I found

I am happy technician came back next day to fix line on slate but it would be a 10 if there was only 1 time.

We received outstanding service for our carpeting cleaning appointment. Our service tech, Steve advised us of the additional services that they provided, we made another appointment for our tile floors and rugs to be cleaned as well.

Employee did not treat spots before cleaning and was in a big hurry to finish. Still have several spots. I have a big coke spot. Is this not removable?

Zerorez always gets my carpets cleaned without all of the soap and residue. I have used them several times and they are always been on time courteous and charge me what they quoted.

The carpet came out great, even better than my first Zerorez experience a year ago. The real star of the service was my technician. He was pretty much perfect in every way.

Note: The 9 over a 10 was simply due to it being a bit pricey. I would of added tile cleaning if the carpet had been a little more reasonable compared to competitors.
