We agree on a price and when the person arrives there’s an added $50 to bring in the equipment that is so wrong The tech was not even interested in cleaning my carpet just to run his vacuum around it and disappear within 25 minutes of a full two rooms. Very disappointed
I have used Zerorez for many years and find the company to be well managed. They hire knowledgeable technicians, are fairly priced, show up within the time frame or call if running late and my carpets look like new.
Knowledgable technician, great results, technician went above and beyond than just getting the job done, stone floors and carpeting done well. Having more work done by them because I was so impressed.

Our carpets weren't in great shape, but Matt made them look fresh and clean! He called me with a half-hour window prior to his arrival, and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. I am very happy with the results, and I will be using ZeroRez in the future!
