Convenient, efficient and concise!
Great service
The carpet was more wet than usual. I had the windows open and 4 fans blowing and it took about 48 hours to dry.

At first I thought things were great. Xavier said he dried it really well so I should be fine after 3-4 hours. Well after 8 hours and fans blowing, carpets were still squishy wet. After 24 hours it is still damp in places. I cannot move anything back in place yet and am now fearful I will have mold under my area rug because I don’t have an industrial dryer to make sure it gets completely dried. This is not what I expected. I can’t recommend knowing this could happen to a friend.

Service is great. My carpet was dirty and they did a great job removing all the spots. Technician was on time, called 30 minutes before arrival, and was courteous.
We have worked with zeroez multiple times. On each occasion, they are responsive, easy to schedule and thorough. We love the ease and quality of the service.

Wilman did a fine job, but I wish he had moved a few pieces on the floor. I thought it was obvious that they would be moved. But this is a small matter. I'll specify those pieces when you come back in one year.
