I've asked for one specific person from your staff ,which I got, as a friend of mine that used your services before referred him to me due a bad experience I had in the past with a different company, so I decided to give it a try and indeed I couldn't be more happy.
Zachary Carr is the cleaner I requested prior over the phone who assisted me with what I needed. even though it was a regular cleaning, he showed as very charismatic, attentive and willing to go above and beyond to please us as customers, great job!

Everything was explained to me and the results on my carpet were great! The little extras like putting up the corner protectors to avoid scratching on the walls were appreciated.
The management company of the house we rented didn't bother to clean the carpets when we moved into the house. It was a 10 year old house that looked like the original carpet was left in it. We were nice and called Zerorez when we moved out to clean the carpets. The carpet look amazing! My bet is, the management company won't replace the carpet because it looks so good.

Friendly service and carpets look nice but price quote given over phone didn’t include spot cleaning- would prefer quote up front to reflect accuracy. $140 more is not a good surprise.

The technician was prompt, curious, and did a great job cleaning our carpet.
I thought I would have to replace my carpet before Zerorez cleaned it. After it was done, I realized that wasn’t the case. Leslie did such a beautiful job and the carpets look new again. Not only are the carpets clean but Leslie was the nicest technician that I ever met. I’ve had carpets cleaned before at other homes and often had less than satisfying results. I’m so glad I found this place. I will use their services regularly to keep my floors looking great. Thank you so much.

I liked that the carpet did not smell after they were cleaned, and how Zerorez was able to get stains out other carpet companies failed in doing so. The cleaning technician was very friendly and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service.
