Courteous techs.
The man that did my carpets was so nice! He was very efficient, neat, and seemed so organized. He did both carpets and tile for me. He made it so easy for me. I was a little disappointed in the color of the grout when it had dried, but I have to remember it is 20 years old and had a lot traffic. I would definitely recommend him! He needs to carry a card with him with his name so I know who he is to recommend him to others! Thanks!
I was told that it would be 112.25 your man that came said it was $15.00 more for 12 extra more tile.So I payed it but after they left. was the tile under the refrg. under the sink, that was not done. So i would like my $15.00 back, all so I like a manger to come out to see what i'm saying thank you Mr W Last name removed

The gentlemen were terrific. The only concern was that the equipment scratched up some of the doors and base boards.

Scott with Zerorez cleaned a sofa and carpet for me. He did a great job. Called to see if he
could come early which was fine with me. explained all the options and costs to me and got both the sofa and carpet clean. I will call and ask for Scott again.
When I called for an appt I was told there was a $299.00 special going on. I think this should be explained in a little more depth as I thought the bill would be $299.00 plus tax and MAYBE some fees. When the tech calculated everything out it was over $700.00. When I told the tech I wasn't interested he said he "would call the office." I didn't like that at all. I was told it would be $1.25 per square foot. Why is it that other companies advertise cleaning for 33 -35 cents a square foot? The tech was very nice and since your company reduced the price (which I still think was high) and I wanted the job done that day I agreed to the service. I think this should be explained IN DEPTH and not even mention any "SPECIALS" that aren't honored. Because of this "pricing: I would not recomend your company.
The service tech was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was as advertised and the prices were reasonable.

When Carlos came out to clean my carpets, he told me what to expect and what he was going to do. The carpets turned out great. I had my carpets cleaned before and it didn't turn out as clean as this.

We have been using zerorez for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the results. Yesterday, technician, Leslie Schlapfer, did an exceptional job on the carpeting and the free cleaning of the tile area as advertised. We will definitely continue to use zerorez and request Leslie.
I like that you use Alkaline water, and no soap
The urine oder is worse now than before they came out. I was originally told 80 for both rooms and to do the extra treatments for pet orders wer 35 per room. Then sold a 60 dollar a gallon room treatment. I don’t believe it was worth it.
Super efficient and friendly technicians. They spent extra time on problem areas. My carpets look brand new and they are 20 years old.
We liked the fact that no soap or chemicals were used. Patrick was very nice and quick. The only thing I was wondering about was that we have streaks in our light brown area rug that I couldn't remove with the vacuum cleaner. another wise great job.
