If you have an empty room it is great. I paid $160 and you could not clean under a chair or behind a sofa.
Actually the technicians was wonderful, my only problem with zerorez is: The commercial led me to believe that the water used in the "process" would lead to better results. Well the stains in my carpet didn't go away. So my conclusion is- this process is no better than the rest. Please Under-stand, the pet stain and the coffee stain are not horrible stains, we went to work on them when they appeared. We've had other carpet cleaners work on them with the same results as before...

Thorough, very knowledgeable about the product.
I chose zerorez particularly because they use only water and citrus to clean. There was a very light and clean fragrance once our carpets were cleaned which was great. I have allergies and dogs, so I felt that this was safer method of cleaning versus others which use synthetic cleaners/soaps that leave behind a heavy fragrance.

Your special was 3 rooms for $99... your tech cleaned 2 rooms and a small rug for $130!!! He should have counted my rug as the 3 rd room and charged me the $99 . I feel overcharged and believe I should be reimbursed. Well ???

The job was fine and dried quickly compared to other cleanings I have had but perhaps you should do some employee trading on tact.
We were charged $70 extra for pet stains and they are still clearly visible. If you’re going to charge extra for something, make sure its right. The tech was very nice.
