The guys did a great job in removing stains and lifting the carpet. It also smelled really nice afterwards. Bonus, it dries a lot faster than I anticipated.

Response, Results and professionalism
There was a lot of water left over and it still isn’t dry in certain places. Service was done on Tuesday and it’s now Thursday. Other than that, Bobby was great and very informative!

Your service is excellent. You do an amazing job of cleaning my old carpets.
What I don't like is that when you advertise a price special I never seem to get that price. Your latest special was 3 rooms for $99. I got charged $35 extra for each room cleaned just because I have a cat. I wasn't prepared to pay $212 for a $99 dollar quote.
