They did a GREAT job with our Master Bedroom carpet! It has never been so clean, and it still boggles my mind HOW they can do that. There was a bit of hassle between what areas was included in the price quoted on the phone, but it was settled.

Carpets were done quickly and professionally. My wife and I were deciding on whether to buy new carpets or get them cleaned. We are glad we chose to get them cleaned. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
Leslie did a great job. That carpets look awesome and she was very nice. Just one thing though... yanking on the hose cause a little damage to our wall. There is a corner where a chunk of the drywall was knocked off.

For every other Zerorez experience, I have always said - no, shouted! š - 10!!! Usually the technicians they send are just above and beyond. Unfortunately, this time he was not.
This guy didnāt move the furniture and was talking on his phone as he worked. He was very nice, but in a word: just kInda lazy. An example: when he was cleaning the couch, I asked if he would please move the furniture away from my expensive silk drapes that were just behind it so the overspray wouldnāt stain them. His response? āWell, Iām not spraying all the way up to the top of the sofa anyway, so nothing should get on the curtains.ā ????
So I helped him move the couch and made sure all sides (even the top and back) were cleaned. And I kept an eye on him for the rest of the visit. I donāt think the earlier rooms were done well though. No plastic squares under the furniture, etc. I think he just did the bare minimum.
This has NOT been my experience the last few years with Zerorez. You guys have always been amazing!! Iām sorry, I donāt like to give a bad review to anyone. But Iām still thinking about how dissatisfied I am, even nearly a week later. I am not saying this to get anything out of it; and I will still use Zerorez. But I thought you should know; I will just chalk it up to a fluke this time. Thanks for your time!
I just thought the carpet got too wet. It wasn't even dry the next day. It was clean and I liked Louis

Justin was very courteous and professional. I thought the carpet looked great when he finished. He was very knowledgeable and gave some recommendations in dealing with pet stains going forward. All around, a great experience and I'll be using Zerorez for my carpet cleaning in the foreseeable future.

I thought for sure that I would be told that my carpets were not cleanable. Louis explained your cleaning process to me and it's like nothing I have ever heard of before. He was very knowledgable about carpet care. I was pretty blown away. Louis was the most polite and professional vendor that has ever done work for me. I was very impressed how quickly he got the job done and how nice my carpets came out. He had quite a mess to contend with but, thanks to him, I've changed my mind about replacing my carpet. If I had not called Zero Rez, I would have wasted about $2000 on new carpet. My carpet looks new again. I will certainly be calling Zero Rez for all of my carpet needs. I would also like to request Louis whenever I need my carpets cleaned.

Jeff Davis has excellent customer service skills and he did an outstanding job in cleaning our carpet. This is the best the carpet has ever looked. Since this is the first time we have used Zerorez to clean our carpet, I would say that your products and services are excellent and worthy of five stars. We will be using you again.

I made a 5 star review on a site... google, I think. Then I realized the zerorez workers broke our dog gate. Meaning, the 1 piece that is needed to put the gate back up, is missing. That was a calculated move to remove and take the piece. So, I feel the $80 dog gate should be replaced. I have told as many people as I can about our experience
Luis or Louis (not sure of the spelling) was on time and worked quickly. He was very thorough and set me up for a duct cleaning appt. Iāll be using you for our stone floor cleaning. Thank you!
