Great service, very professional. We bought a house where the previous owner had a dog who liked to pee in the house and we didn't know that until you guys came out and showed me with your blacklight. I went from thinking all I needed was a standard cleaning to getting a more thorough deep cleaning. The guys didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need they were very thorough in their explanations of their recommendations. We are very happy with the results, there are no longer any pee spots and our house is odor free! Absolutely would recommend these services and company to anyone in need.

The service was not completed as promised. They said they would move living room furniture and clean under it but they didn’t. Had to have them come back another day.

Spent a lot of money to clean tile and seal grout. It doesn’t look clean at the edges and corners. Hard to tell if it was really sealed everywhere or not? Since they hurried on the carpet, who knows?

Anthony did a great job cleaning both the carpet and tile in our Townhouse. He was upfront and honest on what we could expect. Good value for what we paid.

Remove advertising that give customers impression they can get carpets cleaned for less than $100. Doesn't happen in my experience. Happy with results but shocked by price tag.

Dries quickly, doesn’t smell chemically

Early for appointment time. Very thorough and professional. Answered all questions and had price quoted prior to work performed. Will use again and suggest to my friends!

Cleaning was on for areas that were not already heavily soiled, but spot treatments for pet stains in master bathroom did not work very well and seemed to spread out some of the stains. Odor also seemed to have spread as well. Without pets this might have been a good option but not worth the price especially with the add on costs for pet stains that did not do much

I have used Zerorez several times before. This time I thought the service personnel that came to my house was rude. I will hesitate long and hard before I call again.
