There’s no Chemicals. Love it!!

We’ve used Zerorez for many years and would never use anyone else. I like that they don’t use chemicals, that they get everything out even those mysterious stains or dirt that seem to pop up, the carpets aren’t soaked and they don’t stay wet for hours. In fact they dry so quickly you can move your things back right away. My carpets are over 20 years old and they look brand new when Zerorez cleans them. No exaggeration! Also this last time we had Leslie cleaning the carpets and she was awesome. Fantastic!

The service is good. I just keep comparing the cost of cleaning only half of my surfaces to what brand new carpet would cost and deciding how worth it it is.
Customer service was awesome. Tech super knowledgable and informed me of price and add ons and the products used to clean the carpet, which by the way looks amazing, dried fast and smells so clean.

I have liked Zerorez since the first time we had them clean our carpets. They use a special flashlight to point out areas of the carpet that are soiled, that we didn't even know about. They are professional, fast, thorough and the carpet looks great when they finish. The house almost smelled fresh. We had a compliment from the young man that made a delivery. I also like the fact that they explain what their plan of action is and they educate for future knowledge.

I thought when I called for service, I requested deep cleaning and pet stain treatment. When the technician arrived, she said it was not on the order. So my $348 quote went up to $758! I have never paid that much for cleaning my carpets using your company. I feel I was charged twice for the service. I will be careful in the future to make sure I am getting the correct quote for my needs requested.
