The service was great the tech was very friendly and he got the job done in a timely manner . The carpet was a mess now it doesn’t look so bad

There were a couple of things I loved about the service. One, was the representative, Leslee. She was absolutely amazing. She was more than patient as I had not expected an unrelated issue to arise. Prior to Leslee cleaning my carpets she inspected them all. Come to find out, I had no idea a pet had previously lived in the residence I just purchased. That was not the news I wanted to hear as I had to pay for an additional service to remove the bacteria of the urine from the carpets throughout the house.
Leslee, explained the process in detail cleaning up the bacteria, odor, and excessive soil from the urine which put me at ease. She also made my day after complimenting the type of carpet and padding I had inherited. She's almost like a Carpet Cleaner Social Worker. There to attend to your concerns about the carpet you and your family will soon enjoy. She is very knowledgeable and I also love the fact that the company does not use any chemicals. I feel for the service, education, and most of all good conversation the money was worth it. The company worked with me and my needs and I'm truly satisfied.

First of all I liked and appreciated the customer service. The guys who came out to clean the carpet were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job. Very quick and thorough. The way that they cleaned the carpet...with water and steam was amazing! and the carpets smelled good afterwards! The pricing was really fair and I would highly recommend your company again and again!
Technician was friendly and very well-versed on the products and services that Zerorez offers. My carpet looks great and I will be calling them back to do my tile and possibly my air-vents.

My carpets were so filthy and stained that I feared I would have to have them replaced. Mike came out and performed a miracle. My bedroom carpets look new and refreshed. My tile/grout looks new. Needless to say, I’m a believer in your product and have already referred your business to my friends. I can’t speak highly enough about Mike. What an enjoyable experience it was working with him. The product/service sells itself. There are NO other carpet/tile cleaners that can compete. This was a first time with Zerorez even though I was aware of them. They will certainly get my business again and I will promote them as well. My tile and carpet look almost new and I was shocked at the grout cleaning. Dropped off my rug and paid and was told I’d get a call in 2-3 weeks when it was done. I called a month later and told them I hadn’t heard from them. Was told it was done and asked how long it had been done. The man on the phone said “I don’t know, it’s done now.”
Came in to pick it up. Two men were talking so I waited for the employee to finish with his customer. Realized after a couple minutes it was two employees having a conversation about a carpet they were looking at. After waiting another minute or so they looked up and asked if I had been helped. We were the only three people in the room the whole time.
Looked at the carpet. Looks good. Asked how long it had been ready again and the guy said “I don’t know, could have been a week, we’ve been backed up.” Then they helped me put it in my car.
Everyone seemed great when I dropped off, but apathetic and slightly annoyed on pick up.
Mike did a great job on our carpets and we would give him a 10 Rating!
