Of the three bedrooms ( carpet ) that you cleaned .. none of them came out acceptable .
You can see where the beds were ,and the Capet wasn’t even stained.
I like the Idea of chemical free , but in this case ,it didn’t work
the gentlemen who came to my home on Thursday, January 2nd, were very personable, very knowledgeable and very thorough in their work. I now have a lovely clean recliner and an area rug to go with it. I hardly recognized the two pieces when your people were finished working their magic! Guess my barfing dog did me a favor by showing how much the pieces needed to be cleaned before I was doing anything about the problem! Thank you to all of you -- I will be calling you again!

The two technicians were great and very friendly, showing me before and after and even a little demo lol. Knowledgeable about the service needed and shared some other tips for other things I was doing; totally appreciated the extra insight. What I love most about the company is how efficient and quickly the service is. The carpet always looks better than when it was installed!!!!

First of all the Technician(Victor) was awesome, Very courteous, Professional and knowledgeable about the whole process of cleaning carpets. He explained each and every step of the cleaning process and answered all our questions To our satisfaction. Victor also told us about the many other services of Zerorez. Our carpets turned out like new and we will definitely be using your services again!

Leslie did a fantastic job. She was professional, friendly and thorough. Our couches, carpet and tile haven’t looked this good I years. In the past other technicians were not as thorough. We will definitely call her her again.
