Zach did a great job and represents your company well. However, the carpeting seems more matted down to us than with our previous cleaning company. Perhaps it's because they "rake" the carpeting after they're done without an extra charge. The price was $205 vs the over the phone quote of $140. Zach did not have the stairs in his work order even though I did indicate on the phone that stairs would be included and thus the reason for the upcharge. Overall, we were pleased.

after using 3 different companies, ZeroRez was the ONLY company that was able to REMOVE the horrible black street residue that was ground into the previous owners brand new carpet by her electric wheelchair. COREY was the BEST Tech. BY FAR! Our carpet now looks like new!
