John did and outstanding job on my carpets and tile. The grout looks just like when we moved in 5 years ago. The carpet does not have slim in it anymore and looks great!

Zach did a great job and represents your company well. However, the carpeting seems more matted down to us than with our previous cleaning company. Perhaps it's because they "rake" the carpeting after they're done without an extra charge. The price was $205 vs the over the phone quote of $140. Zach did not have the stairs in his work order even though I did indicate on the phone that stairs would be included and thus the reason for the upcharge. Overall, we were pleased.
