They were so professional! It was a hard job - lots of pet stains - and they were so nice and kind about everything. They did a GREAT job and took out all of the stains, which I did not think was possible. Then they cleaned my grout and did an even better job. I am so happy I found ZeroRez!! This was my first time using Zerorez and I am definitely impressed. The technican arrived at promised time, was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained to him my concerns over several pet stains on the carpet.
He did a fantastic job, it costed little extra for those spots which is understandable. My carpet turned out great, looks beautiful and the whole house smells fresh and clean, and yes, the pet stains are gone.
Definitely recommend this company.
