While the cleaning was amazing it did jump considerably in price when asked for the pet deodorizer which other company's dont even jump up that much. Also during the pandemic while it was nice that the cleaner wore a face mask while speaking to us I would have perfer him to actually keep it on while also cleaning as to limit the spread of his breath.

My carpet was not saturated with cleaning chemicals, and it was clean, not hard and crunchy afterwards.
