Every time and I mean every time we have Zerorez over to do carpets or tile grout they refuse to give up on their process until they are personally satisfied with the results. Their standards are unparalleled and should be applauded. The care taken to protect walls, furniture and personal items while providing their services is truly to be appreciated.

Anthony was very kind and friendly. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job on our carpets, it was a pleasure to have him in our home. They were very professional And fast. They let me take advantage of a special that came after the original quote. He offered one extra service but was not a high pressure sales person like other carpet companies.

Cleaner arrived early and gave us a full review of how much it would cost and his plan for completing the job. We had both tile and carpets cleaned. Carpets were nearly completely dry by end of the day. Tile floors look and feel clean.

Prompt, professional. But carpet really doesn't look much different or feel different after it dried. Same with sofa. I do keep it pretty clean, but thought I'd see more improvement after professional cleaning. Especially after only 1.5 hrs and $430. Pretty expensive.
Great service from staff to carpet cleaning
Customer Service was great. I watched as he cleaned. He really put muscle into it. I also got a report showing the condition of my rugs. The black light was cool too.
