The guys were great but the company charges an additional $8 to come out claim it is for gas & water, then include it in the service, don’t nickel & dime people.
When your technician showed up, he was not well groomed and Looked like He just got out of bed.. It appeared he hadn’t showered in many days, his elbows were black. I have an oatmeal colored carpet, and traffic patterns in two bedrooms did not get clean as you can still see them. Extraction could have been better...some dirt was simply washed down. He was courteous and friendly.

My carpet cleaner was Carlos.. He was very professional and did a GREAT JOB!!!’ I have respiratory issues and I feel so much better on the job he did. I will definitely follow his advice he gave me on vacuuming and will have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez once a year. I called to talk to his manager as to how pleased I was with him. But this is giving me a chance to put it in writing. I am a realtor and have already called clients about Zerorez and ask for Carlos!!!!!
