I only have one complain and it’s the pricing. The 3 rooms for $99 is more than fair, however another $65 for stairs, and another $65 for the pet stain ( only required in a few areas) seemed a little too much for the areas that needed treatment. Perhaps offer a bundle package with either pet stains and/or other services that are provided. I may shop around next time. A job WELL done with professional and friendly service. I don’t remember their names, but your employees were awesome.

The representative was very careful, did a good job and I'm very happy with my clean carpet!
Compared to previous cleanings, I was somewhat disappointed this time.
There are several areas that were soiled that are not clean. The tech was mainly concerned with pet urine spots charged me double the quoted price to treat those affected areas. I was not home for 3 days following your service I’ve vacuumed several times I live alone so there’s not a lot of traffic. I’m very disappointed that the problem areas were not cleaned to my satisfaction now that the carpets have totally dried.

The gentleman that does our carpets and tile is always very friendly, very professional. He get the job done well, and in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend their services.

Love the way my carpets come out and the services is great.
We had a service last week, and while the worker was very professional and polite, he just did not do a good job with the cleaning. Stains still clearly visible and orange and it took overnight for the carpet to dry. i did send an email, and they quickly rescheduled another appointment. Todd came yesterday and did a fabulous job. Stains gone and dried within 4 hours, just like last year. Will definitely utilize again.
The product looks fantastic and the service workers were professional and congenial as well.

Carlos called prior to coming out to let me know his ETA. He came as expected and explained the process as we walked to the rooms getting cleaned. He was very thorough with each explanation and recommendations. He was very clean, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Zeroez to all family members and friends. Zerorez consistently provides fast and friendly service. I have used your services 3 times now and every time the result is awesome. Carpets are clean and everything smells fresh. The technicians are always friendly and explain the entire process, they don't rush, but it never takes as long as I think it is going to take! You cannot beat the price, and there is never the sticky crunchy carpet feel when you are finished. We have pets and always need the bio treatments (which are still REALLY reasonably priced) but the techs never are pushy about upselling, just honest and direct. Thanks for continuing to be a reliable and reputable company.
