Ricardo called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Answered our questions. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner. We had a number of various stains and he got all of them out. When the carpet dried there were no signs of any stains. Great job!

I have used Zeroz for many years. Whatever they clean with certainly does a good job, it leave my carpet looking like new when they leave! They are friendly and good at their jobs!
The technician was very respectful and made sure we were satisfied with the pet odor. The problem was the odor was gone when the technician had just cleaned the carpet but after the carpet dried a few hours later the odor came back. This was through no fault of the technician. I think the clean smell just overwhelmed the pet odor when it was wet.
