This is the fifth time I used your service to clean my carpets,
"Your technicians always represent your company in a positive manner. They are courteous, always have a clean appearance, do quality work and leave the residence looking "spic and span"! The products used remove move dirt and grime to my satisfaction. Carpets dry quickly and hard surfaces (tile & grout) obtain a fresh clean appearance."

We requested the grout cleaned in the Master bath. You instead cleaned a patch in our entry which made the connecting tile look ridiculous. I called to have this rectified and have yet to receive a call back. Also, the house smelled better before you cleaned our carpet. No deodorizer offered.

Took 12+ hours for carpets to dry. Was told how to claim our gift to see holiday lights. What we were told was not correct and there was no way to get what was advertised.
The ave used zerores for years but this was a disappointment.
I may have not seen where it says on the website that you guys only use water to clean carpets, but it was the worse professional carpet cleaning I have experienced. I could have boiled water for free and cleaned my own carpets. Did not pay attention to spots and ended up having to do it myself anyway. A waste of money and time and I wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the last company on earth that claims to “clean” carpets. Gary was nice though!!!

I was able to get a quick appointment a few days before Christmas. Rey was very professional, efficient, and did an excellent job! He was able to remove all the spots! He even showed us how good the garage floor would look if we decided to have that done. They also mailed me (1 or 2 days after I filled out the online form) a complimentary ticket to see the yearly Glittering Lights here at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

I cannot even begin to express how DEEPLY SATISFIED AND APPRECIATIVE ,I am of the service I received!!!!! My carpet was filthy in the high traffic areas and after my tech explained how pre treating and scrubbing would be better,It looked like new carpet! Its 18 years old🤪I have had it cleaned many times over the years,different companies and all, but let me just say...Baabeee, this was absolutely THE BEST! My tech did a phenomenal job😁I couldn't wait to tell my friends. Thank you very much for being worth every cent!

Its not a usual topic of conversation.
The tech was awesome... just have to say I'm a bit underwhelmed by the end result. When I went back to the units and after the carpets were dried, the carpets just did not look as clean as I'm used to seeing and 1 unit in particular has a smell. I wanted to try your process understanding that soap not properly removed by the other processes I've used is an attractant for dirt. Just wish the carpets would look cleaner and fresher.

Friendly technicians-give a good overview of services to be done. Carpet cleaned well but certain areas still had a slight odor for a couple of days.
