Zerorez came highly recommend by a friend, Monika Havens. (Thanks Monika!) We get a free carpet cleaning every time we sign a new lease with our apartment complex and chose to use Zerorez instead. I am cautious about the chemicals we allow in our home and a big selling point for me was the fact that Zerorez doesn’t use any chemicals! The prices were great and the convenience and results were worth every penny. We had our entire apartment done, stairs included, and I felt like I was walking in to a brand new unit. Make up stains, the stairs that everyone uses with their shoes on, urine stains, Zak and his partner got all of it out! We are Zerorez customers for life!

The two times before we had used the company the service and cleaning seemed better. It also looked liked the service was rushed.
Tile groat did not come as clean as expected in traffic area. Looked great until it dried and I saw it the next day.

Nice people
I was not impressed with the cleaning. We didn't have stains, no spills, no pets, etc. The reason for the service was our carpet is now just over three years old and it's flat in the higher traffic areas. We just needed to "fluff" the carpet to restore it. This didn't work.
I called Zerorez because I didn't want to put any chemicals in my carpet just to fluff it up. I thought the extra cost would be worth it. Not only was it significantly more expensive, it didn't even work. The carpets were flat again after it dried.
I do t feel like carpets were cleaned very well and traffic areas were improved after cleaning. The quotes over the phone don’t align with the info from the tech. Example: 3 rooms and a hallway. They don’t ask size of rooms. Tech always finds that a room is oversized and extra charge. This happened to me and my friend
