The whole cleaning cost a more than I had planned or was quoted. Also, there is still have one spot that I smell cat urine. Although, Casey was excellent, and he found a spot I did not know about, I am surprised he did not find this spot.
I do plan to use zeroez the next time I have my rug cleaned.

It took 2 different times to get the work done right. The 1st tech that came to do the carpet was very friendly and nice. But unfortunately after he was done. The carpet look like crap. The 2nd tech Anthony that came out did a awesome job. He took his time and did the job right. Anthony got the stains out that the other tech said he couldn't get out. If I ever decided to us zerorez again. I would only have Anthony do my carpet. But right now not very happy for the fact that it took up a lot of my time just to get the job done. But Anthony is the best...
Too much upselling, they should warn people there might be extra recommendations. I budgeted $99 an the total they wanted me to pay was over $250. There are also black lines going down dining room area, and I also wish I was warned that the carpet would be hard after it dried on the couple of pet spots. He kept telling me it was going to make the smell of urine come up to upsell me, which didn't happen. The carpet turning hard threw me off.

I love how quick and efficient they are when they come to your home to provide a carpet cleaning service. My husband and I have 5 children so our carpets were not the most lovely. There were a couple of things I loved about the service. One, was the representative, Leslee. She was absolutely amazing. She was more than patient as I had not expected an unrelated issue to arise. Prior to Leslee cleaning my carpets she inspected them all. Come to find out, I had no idea a pet had previously lived in the residence I just purchased. That was not the news I wanted to hear as I had to pay for an additional service to remove the bacteria of the urine from the carpets throughout the house.
Leslee, explained the process in detail cleaning up the bacteria, odor, and excessive soil from the urine which put me at ease. She also made my day after complimenting the type of carpet and padding I had inherited. She's almost like a Carpet Cleaner Social Worker. There to attend to your concerns about the carpet you and your family will soon enjoy. She is very knowledgeable and I also love the fact that the company does not use any chemicals. I feel for the service, education, and most of all good conversation the money was worth it. The company worked with me and my needs and I'm truly satisfied.

First of all I liked and appreciated the customer service. The guys who came out to clean the carpet were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job. Very quick and thorough. The way that they cleaned the carpet...with water and steam was amazing! and the carpets smelled good afterwards! The pricing was really fair and I would highly recommend your company again and again!
Technician was friendly and very well-versed on the products and services that Zerorez offers. My carpet looks great and I will be calling them back to do my tile and possibly my air-vents.
