The man that did our carpets and kitchen tile was excellent. He was very professional and
considerate. His name is Isaian Smith.
Michael was very thorough and cleaned all areas in a timely manner, plus the clean smell and brightness of the carpet is wonderful.
The agent took his time and he cleaned every nuck and cranny that he could get too.
Very polite and answered all our questions.

You can still see where the chair mat was placed for my computer desk. The Technician did not mention that he might not be able to get it totally clean. The carpet was installed August 8, 2020 and this was its first cleaning other than vacuuming. I do have a picture and you can clearly see the difference.

Zerorez techs are always very professional and do a great job - and quickly. Have used them for the past several years and am always happy with the results and price.

If all of your employees are as conscientious as Victor, you can't possibly go wrong! He takes the time to explain his treatment recommendations and when he leaves I just need to wait for the clean carpets to dry.

My carpet did not look clean at all. When my property manager came to see the house after the carpet was clean so that I could do my walk through he asked what company I went with. I told him and he told me he would recommend getting my money back. I had my brother come over and use his spot remover machine he bought at target and get spots out of the carpet that I paid $500.00 to get out of the carpet. I had head many recommendations about your company on the radio and was shocked at how my carpet looked when it was done. it also only took an hour an a half to complete 5 bedrooms and a dining room! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I was in the process of moving into a new house and was going to send this review sooner once I was moved into my new place.
I like that there are no harmful chemicals in the cleaning process....the service techs are courteous and do not hard sell....while I realize they will try and upsell, when I said no thank you, they stayed as close to my budget as they could. No pressure. They are courteous, profession and informative.

The guys were great and friendly and efficient. My overall cost went up quite a bit due to the protection. I just wish I could have kept it a little lower. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.
The carpet cleaning is great. A few years back we had Zerorez not only clean the carpets but also the tile flooring. We were very disappointed in the job that was done to our tile. The worker simply used cans of spray sealant to seal the grout in the tile and it took me a long time to clean up the mess. It looked horrible.

Your service was great the rep called to let me know he would be coming earlier than expected.I liked.that.He was very polite and professional.My carpet has never looked better.I had a spot on my rug and actually got to see the rep remove spot with one pass.My carpet is over 20 years and it looks so good it almost looks brand new.
The Zerorez representative was on time and courteous. He paid attention to detail and made sure any problem areas were cleaned properly.
I don’t have any complaints, only complements.
I will call Zerorez again as any carpet or flooring problems arise.
I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and I always had to ask for a re-cleaning after the carpet dried. Zerorez did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied 😀
