Carlos and Reggie were great. They explained the process and showed me how the technology works. One room, however, is now worse than before treatment. I probably should have simply replaced the carpet in that room.
I feel that Zack and his partner did a great job, as I was quoted one price I ended up spending $100 more, I guess there is one cleaning but when they show you what the deep cleaning can do then you really don't have a choice because its a big difference. I believe they did a good job, but when I asked about the area rugs at that point I just wanted them cleaned, but I wasn't to happy with the results because it left a riffling around the circumference of each rug, maybe the suction was too strong, Oh well! If I had to complain about something perhaps that would be the only thing, so in the future, I would use your service again, but I wouldn't endorse the cleaning of area rugs...

My rugs are 15 years old, over the years I have had other companies come and clean them. Most times I am disappointed when they walk out. They leave me with carpets that are soaked. Or look like they haven’t been touched still stained. And the price is always doubled once they come through the doors.
I found with Zerorez the only high pressure came from their hose. They left my carpets clean and were dried in record time.

The gentleman that came was very friendly and on time the only thing is I wished his scrubber worked so we could have had the deep clean. But we are still happy with the outcome of the carpets, and his services.
Technicians are knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I booked for 3 rooms for a President's Day special - $95. When the tech arrived, he indicated our master bedroom would be "oversized" and an additional $25 fee. I was not asked when making the reservation the size of the rooms. Yes, our master bedroom is large; however, there is also a king sized-bed, 2 dressers, a make-up vanity and two nightstands which we were not requesting to be moved, so with all of that furniture the actual area of the carpet which needed to be cleaned was not any larger than our living room. The tech did credit the $25 extra charge; however, said we needed to be aware for the next time. Other than this we have no complaints and will use Zerorez in the future.
The men were excellent being on time, did the job with great attitude
I couldn’t believe how it got the carpet so fast. I did 2000 sq/ft in less than 2 hours and the carpet looked brand new. I will never use any other company
