I wanted to use zerorez for my carpets because I heard zerorez used or did cleaning of carpets with hardly any water, that was not the case I couldn't walk on my carpets for six hours, my tech also offered for a price to do my tile floors 600.00 later the job was done I thought that was a lot of money. The only reason I needed my carpets clean is that my husband was very sick and he had bowel movements on my carpets.
