No chemicals! Carpets look like new!
My carpets look brand new! We had very heavy traffic areas and it looks great. Your team was professional and genuine from the quick call back to the actual service. Everything was super easy. Kudos to having such a great team
It looks like you charged me $32 for a tile cleaning that was supposed to be free. I have called and emailed the office a total of 4 times, and it's been over a week since your service, and no one has answered that simple question: was I overcharged or not? If not, why not? I'd like to use the service again, but until this is cleared up, I can't.

How well the product, cleaned our carpets. There was some improvement efforts needed by techs. That's why 10 was not given as a rating. I will recommend to friends, as I will continue to request your services, in the future.

Next to NO odor !!! Any odor present is likely wet carpet -- not "chemicals". Service personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to complete service.

My carpet was cleaned, and felt clean under bare foot as well as the scent was nice. I think the main appreciated was the professionalism of the employee even making my appointment with Gabby, great phone etiquette.
The Technician was great and very friendly, the prices on the tile cleaning are a bit high which is why I did not give it a 9 or 10 most people myself included love this service but can't really afford to spend this much on a tile cleaning.
