According to my phone log it took 67 minutes for Rob to call me tell me he was 10 minutes away from the property and introductions and the spill about how if he treated it this was the best he could do. So I would say it took him about 45 minutes to clean a 5 room carpet I have pictures of after and where he pretreated showing me this was the best he could do, both sides of where he showed me is still dark and dirty. So my guess is that he only pretreated the place he showed me because the rest of the carpet is horrible. I am going to have to hire another company to come and clean what Zerorez could not do. I will not be calling Zerorez again. Then He didn't offer to give me a receipt. I know the carpet was dirty but i was hoping that i called the right company for an extra dirty job. I know I should have said something when he was there but it is really hard to tell when it is wet and 6:30 in the evening.My renters are very disappointed and so am I.
There is no soap residue left on my carpets. They feel very clean.

I like the courtesy but I do not like the very damp carpets left. The last guy had the area rug so dry, it could be put down on the laminent flooring with no problem. It took most of the night for the carpets to dry. He left a bit after 4, we placed fans on the floors as we usually have to, I did comment tohim how wet the carpet felt. He left us booties for our slippered feet, it was so wet.
I was up every 2 hours to move the fans. The laundry baskets we set at the end of the bed, left a definite mark.
This was about the wetest we have been left, and we may have to reconsider utilizing Zerorez in the future.

Carpet looks great. It's clean and feels soft, not stiff and "crunchy". Technichian who came out had wonderful customer service skills; very friendly.

Jerod Phipps physically came to the residence (located at 9340 Villa Ridge, Las Vegas NV) and inspected the carpet in May. He asked about the age of two subject stains and we told him about two years plus. He gave us an estimate of $206 to clean the carpet and remove the stains. When the technician showed up (Edward Sauceva) on June 3rd to do the job, he said it was going to cost $584. I questioned this, told him I had a much lower estimate in the $200 range, and he gave me a lot of excuses why the earlier estimate was no good. He told me for that price he would get the stains out and guarantee it so I agreed. I am located in Alaska, and am doing this for my mother who is in a nursing home. When he completed the job, Edward was instructed to wait for my neighbor to inspect it. However, Edward completed the job earlier than estimated and left before my neighbor could inspect. When my neighbor saw the carpet after Edward left, he reported to me that it was not satisfactory. I called and requested a second cleaning to be done, and that was accomplished by another technician the next day. It now appears to be satisfactory. However, I think it is inexcusable to "low ball" an estimate and then demand nearly triple the price once the technician shows up. I believe I was taken advantage of because I am an out of state customer. I think ZeroRez should honor the original estimate of $206 and refund the difference ($378). I didn't think that the cleaner got the edges, right next to the wall very well. Esp in the walk in closet. If I have been there when the cleaning was done, I would have asked him to go back and fix it.
