Carpet cleaning is awesome!!
My carpets look brand new so the product is wonderful but the service was above and beyond wonderful. The technicians were personable, explained the process and did a fantastic job. I am extremely pleased, thank you.
They were able to remove most of my stains. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. They seemed to take their time to do it right.

Wil and his trainee Dee were friendly and efficient. Every time we use Zerorez our carpet looks better then the last time.
My experience with the tech Gen was very professional and did a thorough job and over the top happy with the carpet cleaning... it looks new again!
However, when working with the appointment Rep Gabby was an unhappy experience. When trying ask questions she actively would talk over me when I was still in mid sentence. Gabby's demeanor is rude and set up our conservation where it became an adversary conversation! Your appointment Reps is the first point of contact. Your Reps don't have the willingness to provide their customers with a polite and professional interaction and become put off to accommodate their customer requests. I would recommend you secret shop you Reps, and see for yourself if they actively work to accommodate customer or not. If there was another Zerorez company in town I would move my business to them.
I liked how well my carpet looked. I like the young man that serviced my home.

Your equipment and cleaning formula is top of the line and your staff is all extremely helpful and accomodating. I don't remember the names of the tech's from the two previous visits but this last time ANDREW did an excellent job and the carpets look like new.

I was charged for 4 rooms instead of 3, as my living room was considered, "oversized" according to tech. 17 X 21. I think that's BS. 1 of my 2 bedrooms is practically the size of closet 9.5 X 10. Didn't get a reduction because it's "undersized". You're overpriced or the tech ripped me off. I used you twice in a row, won't be a third time if I don't hear from somebody. Carbonated Water Solutions get my carpets just as clean and they're expensive. PLUS I get a discount because I have my carpets cleaned every other month. Your tech said you don't do that because your busy enough. What a douche he was.

The gentleman on Friday was very nice. No sales pitch pressure. Carpets were extra dirty this time and they came out beautiful. Carpets stay clean for a good 4 to 6 months.
My carpets get clean and your guy is on time.

Hard to compare as we have used your service, I think, exclusively for the past couple of years. Your service pro was a good , polite guy.
My wife has some concerns abut the nap and direction of the fibers after the carpet dried, but we will not have a true reading on the matter until the rooms have been vacuumed.

offer your best cleaning option only. the whole bait and switch of offering a price for a service that really isn't the best and then trying to sell a more expensive service when the tech arrives is not what I call a good buisiness practice. I had to have a follow up cleaning due to the fact that what I paid for originally wasn't able to get the job done at all. Art came out the second time and immediately realized what the carpet needed to cleaned right. he did and excellent job and was in and out in a short period of time and left the carpets the way they should have been done the first time. thanks Art. he is also returning to my second house on Saturday the 8th of august to redo those carpets as well. I must say that for zerorez to send a person out to fix an issue that was a problem for me and my tenants is much appreciated and for that reason I will be cleaning my carpets with zerorez again. thanks for sticking behind your service. The guy that came out to my house this time was absolutely amazing.. And took the time to do a good complete job! Last time I was so disappointed and was almost not going to use you guys again! Last time didn't even look like he cleaned the carpets! This time made up for it! Amazing job!
It felt like we got off to a confrontational start with this tech. that you sent to our "home" upon our invitation. His quote was twice what I given over the phone and he made sure he put down there was no guarantee. I paid more for for these same services than ever and never had any of your other techs ever put down no guarantee. I would never recommend this type of treatment to my friends or family. I doubt I will ever invite your company back again. Too bad because we have always had other very fine techs with excellent results.
