I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with your service. My carpets have NEVER looked so good, not even when we moved in 6 years ago. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the "health" of my carpet. They litterally saved me thousands of dollars by reviving the deep shag of our carpet. I was already plotting on how to convince my husband that it was time to tear the nasty carpet out and put in new flooring. I had already picked the colors and design. These gentlemen promised me that they would change that for me - and they delivered!!!! My carpet is so soft and fluffy and there are no "returning" spots or shadows, not even the old stain from my kids smooshing half a jar of vaseline into the carpet from years ago. I can't even tell you how theilled I am and how in love I am with my carpet again. It looks virtually brand new again!!! Well worth every penny spent - and then some. Zerorez is where it is at. The company delivers exactly as it advertises. I am now a loyal customer and will spread the word!!
My 8-year-old carpets are cleaner than they ever were with other companies I used (which were big name, national companies). My technician was friendly, helpful, and hard-working.

The actual carpet cleaning and grout cleaning was satisfactory, but the technician, Jared, chipped my entryway tile w/ his hose. He did not put down a protective pad or blanket and chipped an edge. He had several corner covers that he used thus, I am unsure why he thought dragging a ribbed hose up a tile step would not cause damage. This was brought to Jared's attention immediately, pictures were taken, and it was reported to his supervisor/staff member @ zerorez. I am working with Brad to get the situation resolved, but now I have to deal with this and it is not something I have time for. I want my tile repaired as quickly as possible. When I spoke with Brad this morning, he said to give him a week or so to "figure it out". That does not give me much confidence, particularly when he did not return a call the day before. If this is not resolved w/ a plan of action by Thursday, 8/13, I will be in contact w/ the owner. Name removed
Gabriela was extremely professional when I called to schedule the appointment. I asked if Andrew could come clean the house since he did such a wonderful job the last time he was here. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. When Andrew came to our home yesterday I was not feeling well. I went to lay down and take a nap. He was so quiet he didn't here him at all. When I woke up the house looked beautiful. He is the best tech that has ever been to our home to clean our carpets. What ever you're doing to train the people that work for you, you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Thank you again.
I have utilized zerorez for years and have never been disappointed by their service. They provide a great service at a reasonable charge. Will was the technician who completed our latest service. He was both personable and professional, and represented Zerorez in a positive manner. Will not only represented Zerorez well, he also spoke very highly about the product, the management, and the owners of Zerorez. The pride that Will displayed in his work, and with Zerorez was apparent, and we appreciated his effort.

The carpet was moist for longer than 8 hours in most areas.
I called the day of the service to express my disappointment. The person who took the call could not have cared less. I will certainly be sure to bring up everything that transpired on social media. Not only would I not recommend this company, I will make it a point to make sure no one that I know will use them.
They actually clean
art came out to redo my rental and the tenants said that he did a great job. I really think that he does a great job and is very pleasant to deal with. next time I will specifically request him to do my two houses next year. thanks for standing behind your service. Name removed

Your service people are always friendly.....our carpets always look and smell fresh....no crunchy feel.....I always receive an advance phone call approx. 20 minutes before arrival.

Your staff is super friendly and informative. I have come into contact twice with the same individual and he has been outstanding. They prove to be hard workers and take pride in the job that they do within the residence.
