Art Ramirez was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease right away. His confidence about the product also confirmed for me that I'd made the right choice in using Zerorez. After almost 4 years in an apartment, the carpet was very dirty and stained from using rented carpet cleaners myself that left a lot of residue. I also have a dog that began urinating in the home due to a recent diagnosis of diabetes, with the diabetes under control it was time to get a professional. That the carpet dries quickly--4-6 hours. The last time I had an independent carpet cleaner come--it took FOUR DAYS for the carped to dry completely. I like how the spots/stains were removed--even if the product I had used beforehand lightened the areas a bit--it's not really that noticeable.
