I have been using ZeroRez for years. It is by far, hands down, without question the best carpet cleaning service and method available and I have used them all. Best thing about ZeroRez, is the carpet stays cleaner MUCH longer than any other because they don't use soap so no residue is left on the carpet to attract dirt.

I was expecting my 1 yr old carpets to come out a lot cleaner. the tech was very helpful and actually went over a few areas more than once to try to get my carpet cleaner. we just purchased our carpets for two separate houses in June of 2014 and they are high end stain resistant carpets so my wife and I were expecting the results to be a lot better. we never wear our shoes in the carpeted areas of our house but the high traffic areas still showed signs or dirt. the warranty on both house carpets require a professional cleaning once a year so next year I will try a different company and hope to get better results.

Great, just don't care how your prices change. In Dec of 2014 I was told the next time I had the carpet shampooed, I would be given a 20 percent
discount, at the time the attendant didn't have any of the coupons and said it would be on the computer under my name,that didn't happen.
Otherwise, the family was pleased.

O like the way my carpets turn out. Like how you say a time and you show up within that time.

Too much fluctuation in price. My house is the same size every time and every time the price is different. Also, I do not want to here a freaking sales pitch about carpet treatment the whole time my carpets are being cleaned.

I have used your company numerous times, but the raking marks have been difficult to remove, and though the pile has lifted somewhat, the darker parts of the carpet didn't get as clean as I hoped they would. I am a bit disappointed with the carpet cleaning this time. Thank you for coming.
