The clean feel and smell of the process and knowing that it is enviornmentally safe. Patrick, our service representative, is without a doubt the best that we have had in our home. Really cleans well. No residue. No chemical smell.
No chemicals. That is what attracted me to give Zerorez a try in the beginning. The first time, I learned that the system works great! My carpet and upholstery were truly clean. Now I am a repeat customer in three cities. Techs always come when they say they will. They have expert knowledge on how the cleaning system can solve my cleaning problems. My most recent call was in Jacksonville, FL for an odd, wild animal "emergency". The tech who responded was phenomenal. He came within hours. He was quite knowledgeable about home cleaning needs, he knew what his equipment could do to solve the problem, and he took care of it completely. He was careful with my home. (I have some floor coverings that could be damaged by water.) The problem was not to be solved by a quick in-and-out fix. and he stayed with it until the problem was gone. He was patient and he persisted until the problem was truly solved. What else could I ask for? I am totally pleased.
After the cleaning your house smells so fresh and clean. No left over odor. No pet smells. The guys do a great job and they are so courteous and helpful.
The fact that it is not chemicals and soap. And it smells so good. I left for a little while and came back and when I opened my door is was like fresh fruit in my home. Loved it.
