I was disappointed in the quality of the cleasiness of the carpets as it appears to only have removed the dirt from the top of the carpet and in a few spots have white streaks. The carpet also felt crusty in some areas along with cost.

I love the way my carpet looks so clean and it looks like it's brand new! The technicians who cleaned the carpet were extremely knowledgeable and very efficient as well as outgoing. I will be using Zerorez again in the near future to clean the bedroom carpets. Thanks for a great company and product!

Seth & Carl did a great job on cleaning the floors! They look great! As you know their
was a stain left on the floor when I had the carpets cleaned that needed to be fixed, and I realized I needed to get an estimate to have entire floor cleaned.

I had a cat throw up on an Oriental rug in the living room so I had asked about putting
some product on it. So Carl did it instead of Seth and I heard him ask Seth. Now unfortunately, it turned out to be a large noticeable stain, that was just a small area in the beginning.

Service Tech Chris is always professional and courteous. He does a good job every time.

Once shortly after having my carpets cleaned, we had an accident that left a bad stain a few days before out of town company was coming. I called Zerorez back, and they made a concerted effort to get back by and remove the stain before our guests arrived.

Patrick was great! He was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez product. He helped my husband move around furniture so that he could clean as much of each room as possible. There were a few stains that resurfaced after Patrick had left, but someone is coming out to re-touch those stains again. Great customer service!
