Your service tech supervisor, Brian, was excellent. He came out to survey the job and provide an estimate. His made a second trip to do a 'test' to determine the challenge of the task to make sure he was properly prepared for my tile cleaning request. He and Stephen completed the job with the utmost care, concern and commitment to completing the job to my satisfaction. They succeeded!

I had a lot of pet stains on my dining room carpet and the Zerorez technician was able to make it look better than it ever has.

We paid extra to have additional service for pet stain and odoer removal and the stains are still visible in the carpet as well as the order. The carpet also feels like there is a film of some sort on it as well.
They really do get rid of the spots. I have used other companies to clean my carpets. They would look great for a day or two then the spots would reappear.
