The tech did exactly what I was told was going to happen, he called us 15 to 20 minuets of arriving, came between 1 and 4 like I was told, did a wonderful job and was professional. I will recommend and use them definitely again.

Our technician Robert, was on time, friendly, and thorough. He also informed me of other cleaning services that Zerorez provide. The next time I need Zerorez, I hope they send Robert to do the job.

Technician was professional and left no mess behind at all. Last company we hired was no where as good. Only thing is that the carpet was still "crunchy" the next day after everything had dried. Had to vacuum the rooms again on the lowest setting to remove the crunch.

The spot cleaner got out spots we never thought would come out. Our tech, Andrew is a credit to the company. A very polite, patient and hard working young man.
The system cleans without attracting dirt afterwards to any soap residual. Their specials are a good value.
