I would improve the service by going over traffic areas. I feel that my commercial carpet looks much better but could look even better simply by doing the hallways a second time. I did have my technician redo one hallways and it made a tremendous difference. It is just common sense and I don't understand why he resisted at first. Once I pointed out that it looked 'stripped' - that is 6 inches of clean next to 6 inches of not so clean, he redid the hall with a different wand that puts down more water. It worked so well. There were a couple of other areas that could have used the same thing.
I feel that Zerorez is awesome; it just needs to clean the carpet the way you would your own home. Do the traffic areas twice!
The technician was very friendly, took his time and concentrated on spots we wanted him to the care of, seemed very knowledgeable, and in the end did a wonderful job.
Service tech was polite contacted me as to arrival time , was pleased with how my rugs turned out. Will use Zerorex again.

Great techs who know their jobs. The pet spray machine had a power cord that was in such poor shape (crimped, twisted, unsafe) that it tripped my circuit breakers and my gfi outlets in all my bathrooms. Took me two days to figure it out. This was NOT the tech's fault. He was given unsafe equipment.

Professional and friendly service person that cleaned my carpet. For that reason I will be a repeat customer.
The only problem I had was to get someone to answer the phone when I called.
Zerorez go above and beyond for their customers and are not satisfied unless their customers are happy with their service.
My carpets were in my opinion in need of a cleaning. They were soiled and had stains I wasn’t sure would completely come out, but they did. I am very happy with the results. The representative that did the job was very professional and thorough. I had him give me an estimate before he left for a tile job. Will definitely use your company again.

Very helpful in explanation of process. Quick and effecient, carpets look wonderful, and even more important, they smell great!! Dried in seven hours with no problems. Branson, the young man who cleaned them, was awesome!!! Highly recommend!
