I was satisfies with every step of the process. I received an appointment within a couple of days of my call. the technician was very polite and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in a rental unit that I own, He payed special attention not only to stains and spots but also to high traffic areas like hallways and stairs.

I like that our carpet isn't soaked with water and soap and that it smells fresh which makes the room smell fresh. The technician's are honest and respectful. No false hope. They give the best and worst case scenarios.
