I had my carpet cleaned around Christmas and want too happy . Felt the job was rushed . Zerorez did respond and return on January 13th to re address my concerns. This time I was upsold with a spot treatment $40 additional. For them to re treat an area and clean . Now two weeks later still looks the same . Felt the second job was rushed also and with the additional $40 was a ploy to garner more money based on having to come back .

The service, carpet cleaning, is exactly as described in the ads - NO leftover residue. Technician was pleasant, on time, thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing, and complete in his explanation of what we needed to do after he left. I have used Zerorez for years now for carpet and tile cleaning and have consistently been satisfied with the people and services.

Information regarding the effect cleaning can have on grout stain, ahead of time, would have been helpful.

Loved the service! Our carpets look amazing. The set up was easy and even called to let us know when they would be there.

The grout under the window in my kitchen still looks dirty like that particular strip of floor didn’t get cleaned at all (large kitchen). Pricing seems to be made up on the spot, pulled out of thin air, a discount was thrown in here and there if I’d do any extra service, etc. most upset about all the money I spent on tile cleaning to not have one area look clean.

Thank you for coming and taking out the smell in our carpet. It is much better now.
