Very Professional. They explained what they would be doing and why and how long it should take. The only thing I was not happy with was the price quoted via email and on the phone, was $30 less than the amount charged. They did try to explain why, but the quote should be the same as the actual. We did not add anything additional. So someplace there was mis communication. The end result was very good.
Clean and fresh smelling treatments without a perfumey or chemical odor.
Carpets dried fast without a "crunchy after cleaning" feel.
Carpets had a hopeless stained appearance and ZeroRez performed another carpet cleaning miracle on light beige carpeting.
Have used ZeroRez before and will continue to use their services.
