He was great.
I did call in yesterday about the special that I should have gotten 3 rooms plus the 4th free for 129. I was charged 147. No one called me back.
The service is prompt and impeccable
Gentleman arrived as scheduled, checked out the work areas to be done and cleaned the carpets very well. Always a pleasure dealing with people that do what they say, while striving to be better,
Rod was great…he was on time and informative of other services provided by Zerorez. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result of steam cleaning our tile floors. He also cleaned an area rug. He was very thorough and respectful of our home.

The spot in my chair stayed the same, the seat stayed the same dirty appearance. Like it was not cleaned.

We had your company come out and clean carpet and the master bathroom tile. All the stains in the dining room couldn't come out completely, but they had been there for a very long time. It still looks amazing and so much better. Zach did an amazing job and the tile looks like new. I would definately have him out to my house for future cleanings. Even my two unruly pups loved him!

All that you mention in your ads are true, absolutly pleased. Have a condo that needs deep cleaning, will call for their professional service and tech.

I have used ZeroRes several times and have always been happy with the results. Customer service is great making the appointment is simple the communication is done really well. Confirmation and and arrival time is great. The young men that have come and cleaned my carpets have always been professional and friendly and thorough. They explain the process beforehand and ask if there’s anything extra that needs to be done I’ll use them again and again.

The first guy took his time and blow dry it, the 2nd guy just skip threw it, didn't even blow dry it, I just think when the carpet not dirty, they should just spend more time on the heavy soil area, but I will reach out to them the next, hopefully I will smile
I like that Zerorez called me about my estimate and took time to find the best package to fit my needs. You seem to care even though everyone is short staffed and busy right now. Very refreshing
