Area rug and coach, quick nice and worked well
I pointed out several spots on my carpet that were extra dirty but he didn’t do anything extra to get them clean. He just cleaned them like he did the rest of the carpet. Needless to say, the spots are lighter but you can still see they are dirtier than the surrounding carpet.
From booking the appointment through working with the onsite technician, it was a pleasure. The stains came out of the carpet, thankfully. The onsite tech was personable, efficient, and professional.

I was impressed with the results especially the lower staircase which had deep what I thought were unremovable stains but the technician told me he would go the extra mile to try to remove those and he did he was very nice polite and competent wish I could remember his name!
