Quick, clean, without chemicals

I really like Zerorez to clean my carpets. Beside doing a great job on the carpets they are always prompt …they call you ahead of your appointment …they text you…email you…to remind you of your scheduled time. We have used Zerorez a lot of time and have always been pleased. The technitions are usually always most pleasure and professional and friendly. The technician that just came to our home was Jacob. He was extremely nice…professional …helpful …kind…polite!!! He was tops in my book. Thank you Zerorez!!

First time user and the process was very quick -once started was finished in 30 minutes with two rooms, a small hallway and 16 stairs so I’m a bit slow to form an opinion on the quality that was performed by the technician or the outcome of just how clean our carpet is.

Anthony did a great job. He was very courteous and friendly. I'd recommend him by name. My tile looks great. There are a couple of small spots that didn't come clean. I wish I had seen them before he left so I could ask what options I have. If you're wondering if you should use Zerorez for tile cleaning and dealing, yes. And ask for Anthony.

We were very impressed by the care taken to protect our home, like the corner guards and booties. And the process that zerorez uses with minimal water made the cleaning process quick and efficient. We originally scheduled 2 rooms, but added on the rest of the house while our tech was here because we were so impressed with the process and outcome. We will highly recommend!
