My tech, Auggie, was fantastic. Friendly man and not only knew what he was doing but why. He explained his reasoning for stuff well, and gave me advice for continued care as well. We have used Zerorez 3 times now for different things and will continue to do so!

He was polite and professional. He kept me informed throughout the process and shared the pictures with me of my vents. I am very pleased with your representative and the service provided. Very professorial

Auggie Is delightful. He always worked so hard and does a great job. I really enjoy seeing him. On Wednesday my little longer at the front door (not his fault) and he spent several minutes trying to help me catch him. We were unsuccessful got very, very close, and finally eventually lives across the street came out and got them for me. There was no way I said wasn't going to help me do this. It's a white spot in my day and I will testament to zero as customer service.
