Our Zerorez service technician did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He called before he arrived and was so pleasant & thoroughly explained everything. All spots were removed from our carpet and it was dry in no time! They're the only carpet cleaning company I will use!!

Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately the Ink stain on the carpet did not fully come out but it’s ink. The gentleman that came was super nice, professional and I would absolutely recommend him and this company to others.
