We had a mixup on the appointment that I think was my fault. They were able to reschedule the same day. The technician was able to remove most of our spots. One in particular could not be removed but I am still very happy with how much he could get out. The spot had some dye, and I don't think anyone could have removed it fully. I am very happy with how it looked and the end result was great. Thank you

I do not remember the name of our technician but he was awesome from his phone call to let me know he would be arriving soon, to working with my kids who were home at the time to greet and guide him to the rugs and then his follow-up text to let me know the rugs came out nice. They look awesome and I am so grateful for your service.
