Joseph was very professional, thorough and personable. He did a great job.
Joseph called before he came over and arrived as expected at 8:30 a.m. He was here until 11:00 a.m. working on our three rooms and the hallway. Between our dog and me we had really made things dirty. The floors look wonderful. Joseph also did the upholstery on our dining room sofa. He explained that he couldn't use a solvent on the material so he did a dry cleaning. Again, our letting the dog sleep on the cushions and scratch on the bottom of the sofa really caused him to spend a great deal of time on this piece of furniture. He did the best he could under the circumstances
