I had a knowledgeable and very kind/polite technician. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He even made sure to put something under the truck to ensure no oil dripped onto concrete driveway from the vehicle. I appreciated his attention to detail.

The product did a great job eliminating the dog urine smell from my carpets. Since that was the main reason for the cleaning, I was worried it wouldn’t come out but so far it looks and smells clean. Carpets dried quickly and feel great!

We like the professionalism and courtesy of the Zerorez technicians and their advice re carpet care. We are also big fans of their citrus based cleaning solution, which is environmentally friendly and leaves our carpets with a nice fresh scent.

Like the timetable of drying etc. Happy carpet not soaking wet. Excellent employee.
