ZeroRez provided us with a time frame of when they would be here and stayed with the schedule. We also received a 20 minute call prior to their arrival, which was really helpful so we could move remaining items from our conference room before they arrived. Their representative communicated the process with me prior to starting the cleaning, so I'd know exactly what to expect. The rep was efficient and thorough.

After discussing with Ronnie & determining what treatment was necessary, the carpet looks pretty well brand new after his patient efforts were completed. The individual that cleaned the carpets and tile was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Showed me what he planned to do as well as the finished product prior to leaving. He also was able to get a stain out that was pretty tough for me to do. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

You cleaned my tile in my entry way and I am just thrilled with the result. We have lived in our house for 25 years and thectile was here when we moved in. After having it cleaned last Friday, it looks like new. I have used zeroez for all my carpets and rugs fort least the last 5 years,maybe more,and I could not be happier with the results everytime.

I had one room with a lot of pet stains and the rep took a lot of time and care to get that room as clean and clear as he possibly could of all the pet urine stains. He was very clear and thorough as he explained the process of what he could do and let me know that due to the severity of the stains that it might not get completely clean. He was very professional and did a great job. I had the 5 room special done including a set of stairs and the extra pet treatment and I was very pleased with how everything was done and will definitely use this company again.
