I have already told two friends about the great service, the professionalism and the postivie attitude of your associate. The process was simple, he called, we met, he explained the process, worked with me to determine the best way to approach some problem areas and my house did not smell like chemicals. Oh and by the way, the carpets looks fantastic.

As advertised, there didn't seem to be any residue left in the carpet that made it stiff to the touch.

First, was the friendliness of all the people that we worked with to get this job done "away from your usual miles of travel"! Jerad and his helper were very polite, fun to have here. Product seems to have done the job expected, dried faster than anything we have ever used and smelled great! I had my tile floor cleaned and it looks like brand new tile. AWESOME. My carpets are also so clean and all spots are gone. GREAT JOB. The person cleaning my carpet and tile was very professional. Will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
