Zerorez was able to bring my older carpets back to life. The Zerorez guys were professional, courteous and super knowledgeable! I tried Zerorez at a time when I thought that we may have to replace our carpeting - but thanks to them we don't have to yet. The carpets are clean, fresh and look great!
No soap. It got a lot of our tough stains out and the pet orders. Just very impressed with the whole product and how it works. And the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable, (we wasn't going to get the pet order remover stuff, but "Mitch" was very good, and now are glad we did it.

Kyle the associate who came out was amazing. Very knowledgable and even cleared a path of snow out of my driveway!! The customer service was outstanding. We have an older dog who is confused on whether he is inside or outside and had many urine spots. Kyle made our carpet brand new again! Never been so pleased with a cleaning service!!
