Our carpets in the main living area are 10 years old. I had hopes but not HIGH hopes for one specific traffic area. We are amazed at how even that area looks greatly improved. It almost looks like newer carpet, and it is a light color.
The day we had our carpet cleaned we were the last of the day and this time of year things are cooling down earlier. Due to this, it took longer to dry than I had anticipated. I would suggest clarifying/reminding people that the idea that the carpets seem almost dry after the work is done depends on many factors. For example, our basement steps took the longest, I'm sure, due to location and air flow. Maybe I take things too literally sometimes! :) Hope this helps.

We waited to give a reply to see if the carpet would stay clean and not attract dirt as resulted from past cleaning of other carpets. The carpet looks great and responds well to vacuuming (nap and texture). So far, we are well pleased.
My husband and I were VERY impressed with the quality of the product and the helpfulness of the crew. We were actually in disagreement about if we needed to have this service or not. Initially my husband sent them away after getting the "at the door" quote (which was a bit more than we initially thought it would be...because of a large room). But as a finicky housewife, I knew we had to have a cleaning and knew from talking to friends and family that I wanted zerorez to do it as we have two small children who play on the carpet constantly. So after being sent away at 4pm, I called them 10 minutes later and they CAME BACK! Absolutely NO complaint about being called back. They stayed until about 545pm getting the job done in a manner WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what we thought they would do. Jerod and his assistant were GREAT! They even offered us tips about not letting our children go from the damp carpet to the kitchen floor without wiping their feet because they might slip. Great job, guys! We have (and will continue) to recommend your services to our friends and family!

I like that I had the option to just use the water and not use the powder. I am pregnant and have two small children, I don't want any residue or chemicals in my house what so ever. So I appreciate that you are flexible. There was absolutely no smell in the house after they left.

This is the first time we have used a professional carpet cleaning service and are very pleased with the outcome. The stains that were in the carpet have disappeared and there wasn't any type of chemical odor and it dried in a very short time.

I would have liked to know that tile/grout would be charged by square foot when I scheduled the appointment. Please don't get me wrong, it was worth the cost, but I would have liked to know that the tile/grout cleaning is not included in the "special" that is advertised. Thanks!
